The Nurturing Umbrella Program provides education, nurturance and transportation for minority women ages 18 through 34 years in Cumberland County, who are prenatal parents or parents of infants between 0 and one year of age. This program seeks to affect: late access to prenatal care, low birth weight deliveries, increased child abuse, neglect and domestic violence.
